Returns Policy

Return/Exchange Policy for Standard Stock Items

1) Standard stock items refer to manufactured products or ready to wear.  These items are stocked ready for dispatch.  If a ready to wear item is customised or altered in any way, it is then deemed non refundable. 

2)We accept returns or exchanges on standard stock items returned in their original packaging, unworn and with the security tag still in tact. Please note: if your security tag is damaged this will affect your warranty.  You must notify us within three days of receiving the item of your intention to return.  We will not accept returns on special order items, customised or bespoke orders, pierced earrings or jewellery sets with earrings included. Please note we can send out jewellery sets without earrings, however, the customer will be charged an additional £3.50 for postage.

Definitions:
i)Customised orders are where an item has NOT been sold as standard as described on our product page, and includes change of colours, design, style, materials and/or components.
ii)Bespoke orders are products which have been made to your requirements.
iii)Special order items are products that are ordered in especially for you.

3)If you wish to return an item please contact us within 3 days of you receiving your order and you will be given a returns reference and form to complete and return to us. We must receive your returned order within 7 days of you receiving it.

Please note, If shoes have evidence of being worn without foot socks or scuffed / pitted soles due to not trying on a carpeted surface these are not deemed suitable for refund or exchange. Please do take extra care of all goods to ensure they remain in the same perfect condition as you received them. If any items are returned in used / marked condition, we will return them to you without processing a refund or exchange. Please note we will not refund shoes that have been dyed, customised, handmade or bleached.

i)We will NOT cover returns postage for unwanted items.
ii)We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.
iii)Refunds will be made via the customers original payment method.
iv)We will not refund you after your event date.

If you are returning an item for exchange we shall cover standard postage costs of the replacement on one occasion only. Thereafter will be at the cost of you the customer. Should you require a refund only, we will deduct our initial  postage costs from your refund.

We require all returns to be sent via Recorded Delivery, or Special Delivery should the purchase be of a value more than £39. This will ensure that you are compensated should your goods be lost or damaged in transit. If an item is lost in transit as a result of being sent by the wrong delivery method, we will not accept any responsibility.

Damaged items

Please contact us within two days of receipt should there be any damage to your order. We will be happy to send you out a replacement once the damaged item has been received.

Handmade to order items

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us, therefore it is essential you give us accurate information about your order. If you wish to return your handmade to order item, please notify us within two days of receipt. Postage costs and a 30% labour charge will be deducted from your refund. You must give us accurate information on your handmade item to avoid this from happening. This refers to handmade to order standard product descriptions only and not customised or bespoke orders.

Customised orders and bespoke orders.

No refunds will be issued on customised or bespoke orders, however, we will happily work with you to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Should your order be damaged in transit, please contact us within two days of receipt and we will work with you to rectify the situation and send a replacement providing all other terms and conditions are met.

Refunds process

Cancelling your order

Under the 'United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations Act' you have seven working days from ordering your goods ('cooling-off period') to cancel and obtain a full refund. Purchases must be returned in original condition and packaging.
