Returns Policy

Cancelling your order

Under the 'UK Distance Selling Regulations’ you have seven working days from ordering your goods ('cooling-off period') to cancel and obtain a full refund. If you have already received your order please return your item(s) with original packaging and in perfect condition. Please email

Return/Exchange Policy

If you wish to return an item please email us within 7 days of receipt of your intent to return. We will issue you with a returns reference and returns form for you to include in your parcel. Please return your items with original packaging, unworn and with any tags still intact. Your rights are affected if the following are not adhered to:
•        if your tag is damaged or removed
•        Evidence of being worn. 
For example, if shoes have evidence of being worn without foot socks or scuffed/pitted soles they are not deemed suitable for refund or exchange. Please do take extra care of all goods to ensure they remain in the same condition as you received them. If any items are returned in used/marked condition, we will return them to you without processing a refund or exchange. Personalised items and bespoke orders are non refundable also.

We request that you return your item using a delivery method which fully insures the cost of the product. This will ensure that you are compensated should your goods be lost or damaged in transit.  If an item is lost in transit as a result of being sent by the wrong delivery method it is the customers responsibility to contact Royal Mail.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure reasonable care is taken of the item whilst in their possession.
Once we receive your returned parcel we will notify you via email and forward for inspection. Once authorised we will process your refund.  Refunds will be made via the customers original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the return. Please note we will retain £5.50 for the original courier cost to ourselves if you return unwanted items. This will not be the case if you request an exchange.
International exchanges

Please note we will charge you 50% of the original delivery fee to sent out an exchange on an item
Damaged items

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt should there be any damage to your order. We will be happy to send you out a replacement once the damaged item has been received. We may request photographic evidence to assess.
