Processing of orders and stock availability
We aim to process all enquiries and orders within 24 hours. All prices are quoted in UK sterling pounds and are inclusive of VAT.
Availability of products is subject to change without notice. If a product is out of stock we endeavour to notify you within 24 hours of us receiving your order. We will advise you when your purchase is expected into store and discuss your options with you. In this case, delivery may take longer but we will keep you informed at every stage about your order. Some products are made to order in which you will be advised of an approximate delivery date. If you do require this order, more quickly then please contact us prior to order, to ensure this is possible. In some cases we accept deposits for reserved orders, with the full balance being paid upon dispatch.
If after we have confirmed your order we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order, in full or in part, and advise you by email or phone call, and refund when necessary. We will also offer you other options if this is acceptable. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.
You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched. We will email you with a parcel tracking number. If you require your order urgently for a forthcoming wedding or special occasion, please CONTACT US PRIOR TO ORDER.
Delivery Information within the UK
At Euphoria, we pride ourselves on offering our customers a personal service and will advise you on the progress of your order. Upon receipt of order, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your individual requirements and expected delivery timescale.
A delivery charge is calculated at the checkout when you place your order. Orders under £75 are charged at £3.50 delivery per order, and orders over £75 are free UK delivery. Please contact us for express delivery charges as the customer will incur the additional express delivery charge. Please note however, this is not possible on all handmade to order items.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Euphoria Boutique will not accept responsibility for delivery of orders which do not arrive on time, due to circumstances beyond our control. We will of course, make every effort to dispatch the items within the required timescale and contact you if we think your order may be delayed. As long as the item is trackable, has been despatched on the date specified and was scheduled for delivery as requested by the customer, Euphoria Boutique is under no obligation to send a duplicate item or refund any postage costs.
Your statutory rights are not affected in this case and the customer will still be under obligation to accept the goods when they arrive and use the returns procedure detailed to request a refund if you no longer require the item. Euphoria will not be held responsible for purchases which arrive too late for a scheduled dress fitting, event or wedding day. We recommend that all customers allow adequate time for their order to be delivered. However, we will do everything possible to help you.
UK Delivery Charges
Delivery Charges (UK & Northern Ireland):
For orders under £75 there is a £3.50 standard delivery charge. UK shipping is FREE to customers with orders over £75.
Delivery Information Outside the UK
We aim to dispatch orders received from outside the UK within 1/2 working days; however we cannot take any liability or guarantee delivery times. Please contact Royal Mail for further information. All packages are sent via air Mail and must be signed for upon receipt. If you require a quick and fully traceable service, then please contact us prior to your order for a quote for international courier delivery.
Important: Please note orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Please contact us for international delivery charges as charges are calculated by weight of the parcel.
Customers with bespoke requirements may be subject to additional charges. Any additional charges will be made clear, once the individual requirements have been agreed with Euphoria and the customer.
Wedding Jewellery and headwear purchases are supplied in Euphoria Boutique presentation boxes. Depending on the size and value of your product you purchase may come gift boxed, jewellery bag or tissue wrapped. Please advise us if you would like this gift wrapped.
Euphoria Boutique cannot be held responsible for any disruption to services beyond our control. Whilst we endeavour to correct any disruption to our service, we do not make any promise that our website or service is error free. We believe that our photographs and description show and describe our products as accurate as possible, however colours of products supplied may differ slightly online.
