Payment & Transaction Security

 

Your personal and payment details are captured online using industry-standard technology, which encrypts all information to make it secure. When you visit any of the secure areas of our site you'll notice that the web address begins 'https' and a padlock icon appears in the address bar. Euphoria will never store payment card details and will not pass any information onto a third party.

 

Euphoria uses an independent payment provider, Sagepay to process card payments. Sagepay provides a secure connection between us, you the customer and our merchant bank. Sagepay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and adheres to the most stringent levels of fraud screening to ensure your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

 

Alternative Payment Methods

 

We also accept payment via Paypal and Mail Order.  If you wish to pay via Paypal, please contact us and we will give you further instruction.  Alternatively if you wish to pay via Mail Order, please telephone 07834364311.

 

Discount Codes

 

Discount codes may be offered from time to time to our customers. Such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was originally offered and registered.

 

Processing of Orders & Availability of Stock

 

We aim to process all enquiries and requests within 24 hours. All prices are quoted in UK sterling pounds and are inclusive of VAT and UK delivery is free.

 

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

 

If after we have confirmed your order we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order, in full or in part, and advise you by email or phone call, and refund when necessary.

 

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order. Bridal Boutique Orders

 

Please note products ordered from our Bridal Boutique, may take a little longer to be delivered.  Items from our bridal section are handmade to your individual requirements, so please bare this in mind when you order from us. Upon receipt of order, a customer service representative will contact you to discuss your individual requirements and expected delivery time.

 

Delivery Information within the UK

 

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase and delivery may take up to five working days. However, Euphoria cannot guarantee the speed of Royal Mail so we ask that you wait 8 working days before contacting us in the event of non receipt of goods. UK delivery is sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded post and is free to our customers.  Customers who require next day delivery should contact us prior to order as a fee will be charged for this service.

 

Delivery Information Outside the UK

 

We aim to dispatch orders received from outside the UK within 1 working day; however we cannot take any liability or estimate expected delivery times. Please contact Royal Mail for further information. All packages are sent via Royal Mail and must be signed for upon receipt. Standard delivery option available only.

 

Important: Please note orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Packaging

 

Jewellery is supplied in beautiful packaging and securely wrapped.  If orders are for a gift, please contact us and we will include a message card for you to write a personalised message.

 

Complaints

Your Right to cancel

 

 

If you wish to cancel your order you must advise us in writing via email or post. You have 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) commencing from the date of your order in which to cancel your order.  Within the stated period you are entitled to a full refund. (We recommend that you keep a postal certificate of proof of return).
