Delivery Information


IMPORTANT Christmas Delivery Information

Following last years weather warnings and extreme conditions, Euphoria HQ want to ensure minimal disruption to our services by introducing early measures to ensure our customers receive orders within time in the fun up to the festive period.  Please ensure orders are placed within good time to ensure we can fulfil your order as some products are imported or handmade to order. Delivery is currently free to our customers on a £50 minimum spend, and are dispatched via 1st class recorded delivery, however, in times of bad weather we reserve the right to incur postage costs for courier delivery.

Processing of orders and stock availability

We aim to process all enquiries and orders within 24 hours. All prices are quoted in UK sterling pounds and are inclusive of VAT.

Availability of products is subject to change without notice. If a product is out of stock we endeavour to notify you within 24 hours of us receiving your order. We will advise you when your purchase is expected into store and discuss your options with you. In this case, delivery may take longer but we will keep you informed at every stage about your order. Some shoes and jewellery orders may take 8-10 days, depending on stock levels and Stockist terms and conditions.  One of our manufacturers is overseas and may take 3/4 weeks. If you do require this order, more quickly then please contact us prior to order, to ensure this is possible.

If after we have confirmed your order we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order, in full or in part, and advise you by email or phone call, and refund when necessary. We will also offer you other options if this is acceptable. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.

You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched. We will email you with a parcel tracking number and estimated delivery date.  If you require your order urgently for a forthcoming wedding or special occasion, please CONTACT US PRIOR TO ORDER. Please note that if you require our bespoke service then will work work with you within your timescales.

Delivery Information within the UK

Please be aware that many of our products are handcrafted or customised, therefore please allocate enough time for this process to take place.  At Euphoria, we pride ourselves on offering our customers a personal service and will advise you on the progress of your order. Upon receipt of order, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your individual requirements and expected delivery timescale. If you have a special occasion or event coming up and you require your purchase quickly.  Please contact us to prior to order, to ensure your delivery requests can be met. 

Purchases will generally be dispatched free of charge to you, the customer First Class recorded delivery as standard.  If you require this item for a definite date, or express delivery, the customer will incur the additional fee.  This charge will be discussed and agreed with you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Euphoria Boutique will not accept responsibility for delivery of orders which do not arrive on time, due to circumstances beyond our control. We will of course, make every effort to dispatch the items within the required timescale and contact you if we think your order may be delayed.  As long as the item is trackable, has been despatched on the date specified and was scheduled for delivery as requested by the customer, Euphoria Boutique is under no obligation to send a duplicate item or refund any postage costs.

Your statutory rights are not affected in this case and the customer will still be under obligation to accept the goods when they arrive and use the returns procedure detailed to request a refund if you no longer require the item. Euphoria will not be held responsible for purchases which arrive too late for a scheduled dress fitting, event or wedding day. We recommend that all customers allow adequate time for their order to be delivered. However, we will do everything possible to help you.

UK Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges (UK & Northern Ireland):

UK shipping is FREE using Royal Mail first class delivery.

If you require express delivery please contact us to see if it is feasible.  You, the customer will be charged for this delivery. 

Delivery Information Outside the UK

We aim to dispatch orders received from outside the UK within 1/2 working days; however we cannot take any liability or guarantee delivery times. Please contact Royal Mail for further information. All packages are sent via air Mail and must be signed for upon receipt. If you require a quick and fully traceable service, then please contact us prior to your order for a quote for international courier delivery.

Important: Please note orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Additional Charges

Customers with bespoke requirements may be subject to additional charges.  Any additional charges will be made clear, once the individual requirements have been agreed with Euphoria and the customer.

Packaging

Wedding Jewellery and headwear purchases are supplied in Euphoria Boutique packaging with a message card for you to write a personal message. Depending on the size and value of your product you purchase may come gift boxed, jewellery bag or tissue wrapped.  Please advise us if you would like this gift wrapped.

Our Responsibility

Euphoria Boutique cannot be held responsible for any disruption to services beyond our control. Whilst we endeavour to correct any disruption to our service, we do not make any promise that our website or service is error free. We believe that our photographs and description show and describe our products as accurate as possible, however colours of products supplied may differ slightly online.
